Terms of Use

These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of orvayi.com and its regional versions (the "Site"), operated by Aff Tech Technology Joint Stock Company ("Orvayi", "we", "us", "our"). By accessing or using the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, browsing, or using the Site in any way, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms, along with our Privacy Policy, Cookie Policy, and Affiliate Disclosure, which are incorporated into these Terms by reference.

2. Eligibility

You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement in your jurisdiction to use the Site. If you are using the Site on behalf of a minor or another person, you represent that you are authorized to do so and accept these Terms on their behalf.

3. Description of the Service

Orvayi is an independent travel content and comparison platform. We publish destination guides, comparisons of accommodation and activity options, and related travel content to help you plan and research your trip. Where relevant, we provide links and embedded tools that direct you to third-party travel booking platforms (each a "Travel Partner", collectively "Travel Partners"), where you can complete an actual booking.

We are not a travel agency, booking platform, or payment processor. We do not process reservations, payments, cancellations, or refunds. Any booking you make is a separate contract formed directly between you and the relevant Travel Partner, governed entirely by that Travel Partner's own terms of service, privacy policy, and cancellation/refund policies. We are not a party to, and have no responsibility or liability for, that transaction.

4. Pricing, Availability, and Accuracy of Content

Prices, availability, offers, and other details referenced on the Site are provided for general informational purposes and may be sourced from, or influenced by, third parties, including our Travel Partners. Such information can change frequently and may not reflect the final price or availability by the time you reach a Travel Partner's website. You must always verify the final price, availability, and terms directly on the Travel Partner's site before completing a booking.

We make reasonable efforts to keep the content on the Site accurate and up to date, but we do not warrant or guarantee the accuracy, completeness, reliability, or currency of any content, including descriptions of destinations, attractions, or accommodation options.

5. Affiliate Relationships

We participate in affiliate marketing programs with our Travel Partners and may earn a commission when you click through to and book with a Travel Partner via a link or embedded tool on the Site. This does not affect the price you pay. Full details are available in our Affiliate Disclosure.

6. Acceptable Use

When using the Site, you agree that you will not:

  • Use any automated means, including bots, crawlers, or scrapers, to access, copy, or extract content from the Site without our prior written consent;
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Site, its systems, or related networks;
  • Interfere with or disrupt the operation of the Site, or impose an unreasonable load on our infrastructure;
  • Frame, mirror, or replicate any part of the Site on another website without our prior written consent;
  • Use the Site to build a similar or competing product or service;
  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or otherwise attempt to extract the source code of any software underlying the Site;
  • Use the Site for any unlawful purpose, or in a way that infringes the intellectual property, privacy, or other rights of any third party;
  • Misrepresent your identity or affiliation with any person or entity when using the Site.

We reserve the right to restrict or terminate your access to the Site if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms.

7. Third-Party Links and Embedded Tools

The Site contains links to, and in some cases embeds tools or widgets operated directly by, third-party Travel Partners. These are provided for your convenience. We do not control, and are not responsible for, the content, accuracy, availability, or practices of any third-party website or tool, including any booking, payment, or data collected through it. Your use of any third-party website or tool is at your own risk and subject to that third party's own terms and policies.

8. Intellectual Property Rights

All original content on the Site — including text, graphics, layout, design, and underlying code, but excluding content, logos, and materials owned by our Travel Partners or other third parties — is owned by Aff Tech Technology Joint Stock Company or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may view and use the Site for your own personal, non-commercial use, but may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any part of the Site without our prior written consent.

Any trademarks, logos, or brand names of our Travel Partners referenced on the Site remain the property of their respective owners.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the Site and its content are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Aff Tech Technology Joint Stock Company, its officers, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenue, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Site, your reliance on any content on the Site, or any booking, transaction, or dispute with a Travel Partner, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Any issue, claim, or dispute relating to a specific booking should be directed to the relevant Travel Partner, not to us.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Aff Tech Technology Joint Stock Company and its officers, employees, and affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of your breach of these Terms or your misuse of the Site.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may amend these Terms from time to time, at our discretion, to reflect changes in our services, legal requirements, or operational practices. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date above. Your continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with the revised Terms, you should discontinue use of the Site.

13. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision will be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.

14. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, Cookie Policy, and Affiliate Disclosure, constitute the entire agreement between you and Aff Tech Technology Joint Stock Company relating to your use of the Site, and supersede any prior agreements or understandings.

15. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
