Cookie Policy

Last updated September 23, 2026

This Cookie Policy explains how Orvayi, operated by Aff Tech Technology Joint Stock Company ("we", "us", "our"), uses cookies and similar technologies on orvayi.com and its regional versions (the "Site"), and how you can control them. This Policy should be read together with our Privacy Policy.

1. What Are Cookies and Similar Technologies

Cookies are small text files placed on your device when you visit a website. They allow a website to recognize your device and remember information about your visit, such as your preferences and previous actions.

We also use related technologies with a similar purpose, including:

  • Local storage / session storage — data stored in your browser (rather than as a traditional cookie file), used, for example, to temporarily retain an advertising click identifier as you browse between pages;
  • Pixels or tags — small pieces of code that may be used, where consented to, to measure the effectiveness of content or advertising.

For simplicity, we refer to all of these collectively as "cookies" throughout this Policy.

2. Categories of Cookies We Use

We organize the cookies and similar technologies used on the Site into three categories:

2.1. Necessary

These cookies are required for the Site to function properly and cannot be switched off. They include, for example, the cookie that remembers your cookie consent preferences, and cookies required for basic site navigation and security. Necessary cookies do not require your consent, as they are essential to providing the Site to you.

Example: a cookie named similarly to consent_state, which stores your cookie preference choices (typically retained for up to 12 months).

2.2. Analytics

We use Google Analytics (Google LLC) to understand how visitors use the Site — for example, which pages are most viewed, how visitors navigate between pages, and how long they spend on the Site — so that we can improve its content and performance. Information collected through Analytics cookies is generally used in aggregate and is not used to identify you individually. Google's own handling of this data is governed by Google's Privacy Policy.

We use Google's Consent Mode to control this: the Google Analytics tag loads on every visit, but until you give consent it operates without setting analytics cookies and without using or storing any identifier tied to your device, sending Google only limited, aggregated information that cannot be used to identify you individually. Full analytics, including cookies that let us understand repeat visits, only activate once you give consent.

2.3. Marketing

These cookies help us measure the performance of our advertising and correctly attribute bookings made with our Travel Partners to the advertising campaign that led to your visit. This includes storing an advertising click identifier in your browser's local/session storage so that it is not lost as you browse multiple pages before clicking through to a Travel Partner.

Marketing cookies are only activated if you give consent. If you do not consent, the click identifier may still be carried forward through the page address as you navigate ("URL passthrough"), which does not involve storing anything on your device, but will be lost if you leave the Site before clicking through, or if the address is not preserved during navigation.

3. Default Behavior

By default, when you first visit the Site, only Necessary cookies are active. Analytics and Marketing cookies remain inactive until you make an active choice to accept them through our cookie consent banner. You can accept or decline each category independently — accepting one category does not automatically activate the others.

4. Third-Party Cookies

Some pages on the Site embed search tools or widgets provided directly by a Travel Partner. When you interact with these embedded tools, the partner may set its own cookies on your device, under its own cookie and privacy policies, independently of the categories described above and outside of our control. We recommend reviewing the relevant Travel Partner's own cookie policy if you interact with an embedded tool.

5. Managing Your Cookie Preferences

On this Site: You can change your cookie preferences at any time using the "Cookie Settings" link available in the footer of every page. This allows you to review and update your consent for Analytics and Marketing cookies independently. Declining these categories will not prevent you from browsing content or clicking through to our Travel Partners — it only limits our ability to measure your visit and attribute any resulting booking to our advertising.

If we introduce a new use of cookies that falls outside what you previously consented to, we will ask for your consent again before activating it.

In your browser: Most browsers also allow you to manage cookies directly, including viewing what cookies are stored and deleting them. Please note that blocking or deleting Necessary cookies may affect how the Site functions.

6. How Long Cookies Last

Cookies may be either "session" cookies, which are deleted when you close your browser, or "persistent" cookies, which remain on your device for a set period or until you delete them. The retention period varies by cookie and is generally limited to what is necessary for its purpose.

7. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Cookie Policy from time to time to reflect changes in the cookies and technologies we use, or for legal or operational reasons. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date above.
