Orvayi

Privacy Policy

Last updated September 23, 2026

Orvayi ("Orvayi", "we", "us", "our") is operated by Aff Tech Technology Joint Stock Company. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect through orvayi.com and its regional versions (the "Site"), why we collect it, how it is used, who we share it with, and the choices and rights available to you. By using the Site, you acknowledge that you have read and understood this Policy.

If you do not agree with any part of this Policy, please discontinue use of the Site.

1. Who We Are

Orvayi is an independent travel content and comparison platform operated by Aff Tech Technology Joint Stock Company ("Aff Tech", "Company").

Company: Aff Tech Technology Joint Stock Company Registered address: 60/15-17 Lý Chính Thắng, Phường Xuân Hòa, Thành phố Hồ Chí Minh, Việt Nam Business registration number: 0318981604 (Tax Code, Vietnam) Contact for privacy matters: contact@afftech.org

2. Scope of This Policy

This Policy applies to your use of the Site across all its regional and language versions (currently including English and localized versions for our supported markets). It does not apply to third-party websites you may reach by clicking a link on the Site — those are governed by the respective third party's own privacy policy, as explained in Section 6.

3. Information We Collect

3.1. Information collected automatically

When you browse the Site, we automatically collect:

  • Approximate location, derived from your IP address, used to show you content and travel partner options relevant to your region and to determine which language/locale version of the Site to display.
  • Device and browser information, such as browser type and version, operating system, screen size, and device type.
  • Usage information, such as pages viewed, time spent on pages, links clicked, and referring/exit pages.
  • Advertising click identifiers. If you arrive at the Site after clicking an advertisement (for example, through Google Ads), the advertising platform may attach a click identifier ("gclid" or similar) to the page address. This identifier lets us understand which advertising campaign led to your visit, and, where you have given consent as described in Section 4, allows us to pass the identifier to a Travel Partner when you click through to them, so the referral can be correctly attributed to us. This identifier is a technical, non-human-readable string and does not, by itself, identify you personally.
  • Cookies and similar technologies, as described in our Cookie Policy.

3.2. Information you provide directly

If you contact us — for example, by email — we collect the information you choose to provide, such as your name, email address, and the content of your message.

We do not currently require you to create an account or provide payment information to use the Site, since bookings are completed directly with our Travel Partners, not on the Site itself.

3.3. Information we do not collect

We do not collect sensitive categories of personal information (such as health data, financial account details, or government identification numbers) through the Site. If you provide such information to us unprompted (for example, in an email), we will only use it to address your specific inquiry and will delete it once no longer needed.

4. Cookies, Local Storage, and Consent

We use a cookie consent mechanism that, by default, activates only cookies and similar technologies (including browser local/session storage) that are strictly necessary for the Site to function. Technologies used for analytics or advertising measurement are only activated after you give consent through our cookie banner or cookie settings panel.

Specifically:

  • The advertising click identifier described in Section 3.1 may be carried forward through the address bar as you navigate between pages on the Site ("URL passthrough") regardless of your cookie consent choice, since this does not involve storing information on your device.
  • Storing that identifier in your browser's local/session storage — so that it is not lost if you navigate through multiple pages before clicking through to a Travel Partner — only happens if you have given consent to Marketing cookies.

Full details, including the categories of cookies we use and how to manage your preferences, are available in our Cookie Policy.

5. How We Use Your Information

We use the information described above to:

  • Personalize the Site's content, language, currency references, and Travel Partner options based on your region;
  • Operate, maintain, and improve the Site, including understanding which content and features are most useful to visitors;
  • Attribute bookings made with our Travel Partners to the correct advertising campaign, where you have consented to this, so that our advertising performance can be measured and our affiliate commissions correctly credited;
  • Respond to your inquiries and provide customer support;
  • Detect, investigate, and prevent fraud, abuse, or security incidents;
  • Comply with applicable legal obligations.

Where required by applicable law, we rely on your consent (for optional cookies and advertising measurement), our legitimate interests (for operating and securing the Site), and compliance with legal obligations as the basis for processing your information.

6. How We Share Your Information

Travel Partners. When you click a link on the Site to a Travel Partner, we may pass along the advertising click identifier described above, so the partner can attribute your booking to our referral and credit us with a commission. We do not share your name, email address, or other directly identifying information with Travel Partners through this mechanism.

Embedded third-party tools. Some pages on the Site embed search tools or widgets provided directly by a Travel Partner (for example, a search widget). When you interact with such an embedded tool, you are interacting directly with that partner's technology, and any data you enter or that is collected during that interaction is subject to the partner's own privacy policy, independent of this one. We do not have visibility into or control over that data collection.

Service providers. We use third-party service providers to help us operate the Site, including cloud hosting and infrastructure providers, content management systems, and (where you have consented) analytics providers. These providers process information on our behalf and are contractually restricted from using it for any purpose other than providing services to us.

Legal requirements. We may disclose information if required to do so by law, or in the good-faith belief that such action is necessary to comply with a legal obligation, protect our rights or property, or protect the safety of our users or the public.

Business transfers. If Aff Tech is involved in a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, your information may be transferred as part of that transaction. We will notify you of any such change and any choices you may have.

We do not sell your personal information to third parties for their own independent marketing purposes.

7. International Data Processing

Our infrastructure and service providers may process information in countries other than the one in which you are located, including Singapore and Japan, where our servers and processing infrastructure are located. Where applicable law requires additional safeguards for such transfers, we take reasonable steps to ensure an adequate level of protection is maintained.

8. Data Retention

We retain information for as long as necessary to fulfil the purposes described in this Policy — for example, advertising click identifiers are generally retained only for the period needed to attribute a booking to the correct campaign — after which it is deleted or anonymized, unless a longer retention period is required by law or necessary to resolve disputes and enforce our agreements.

9. Data Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures designed to protect information from unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction, including encryption of data in transit and access controls on our systems. However, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

10. Your Privacy Rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights in relation to your personal information, which may include the right to:

  • Request confirmation of whether we process your information, and access to that information;
  • Request correction of inaccurate information;
  • Request deletion of your information;
  • Object to or request restriction of certain processing;
  • Withdraw consent at any time, where processing is based on consent (this does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out before withdrawal);
  • Request a copy of your information in a portable format, where technically feasible;
  • Lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority, where one exists.

If you are located in a jurisdiction with specific data protection legislation (for example, the EU/EEA, South Korea, or Indonesia), additional rights under that legislation may apply to you.

To exercise any of these rights, contact us at contact@afftech.org. We may need to verify your identity before responding to your request, and will respond within the timeframe required by applicable law.

11. Children's Privacy

The Site is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us so we can take appropriate action.

12. Do Not Track

Some browsers offer a "Do Not Track" signal. Because there is currently no industry-standard way to respond to these signals, our Site does not currently respond to them differently than described in this Policy and our Cookie Policy.

13. Third-Party Links

The Site contains links to third-party websites, including our Travel Partners. We are not responsible for the privacy practices or content of those third-party sites. We encourage you to review the privacy policy of any third-party site you visit.

14. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices, technology, legal requirements, or other factors. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date above, and, where required by applicable law, we will provide additional notice.

15. Contact Us

If you have questions, concerns, or requests relating to this Privacy Policy or how we handle your information, please contact us at contact@afftech.org, or visit our About & Contact page for further details on Aff Tech Technology Joint Stock Company.
